We aim to contribute to the consolidation of the trade union movement across South-East Europe by supporting organising campaigns, strengthening trade unions’ internal capacity and organisational development, and building stronger unions capable of defending, expanding, and rebuilding sectoral collective bargaining as a key tool for improving working conditions and protecting workers’ rights.
